Terms of Service

Terms governing merchant installation, access, and use of ScaleSafe.

Last updated June 15, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of ScaleSafe. By installing, accessing, or using ScaleSafe, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business or organization you represent.

ScaleSafe service

ScaleSafe provides software tools for GoHighLevel merchants, including offer and enrollment workflows, payment and recurring-status visibility, evidence timelines, workflow triggers, and dispute-support documentation. ScaleSafe is not a bank, payment processor, law firm, or merchant of record.

Merchant responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your business practices, offers, pricing, refund terms, customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws and card-network rules.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your GoHighLevel, Stripe, NMI, Whop, and other connected accounts.
  • You must not use ScaleSafe for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
  • You are responsible for reviewing any dispute response, evidence packet, workflow message, or customer communication before relying on it.

Payments and processors

ScaleSafe works with the merchant’s connected payment provider accounts. Funds settle according to the provider’s rules and the merchant’s provider account. ScaleSafe does not hold merchant funds. Processor availability, refunds, ACH timing, disputes, chargebacks, underwriting, fees, and account limitations are governed by the relevant provider and payment-network rules.

No guarantee of dispute outcomes

ScaleSafe helps organize records that may support a merchant’s dispute response. ScaleSafe does not guarantee that a dispute, chargeback, early-fraud warning, or processor review will be won, reversed, accepted, or resolved in the merchant’s favor.

Third-party services

ScaleSafe connects with third-party services such as GoHighLevel, payment providers, hosting providers, and communication tools. ScaleSafe is not responsible for outages, policy changes, rejected transactions, delayed webhooks, API limits, or account actions taken by those third parties.

Data and security

You grant ScaleSafe permission to process data needed to provide the service. You must protect your credentials and restrict access to authorized users. See the Privacy Policy for more information about data practices.

Beta access

During private beta, features may change, improve, be temporarily unavailable, or require additional configuration. Beta access may be limited, paused, or ended at ScaleSafe’s discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleSafe is provided without warranties of any kind, and ScaleSafe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, payment disputes, processor holds, or chargeback losses.
