Early warnings and dispute alerts
Understand which Stripe and card-network alerts are available, turn on the right notifications, and make a deliberate refund decision before a formal dispute where the program allows it.

Stripe defense
Alerts can help you act earlier. Evidence can help you respond better. ScaleSafe connects both to the offer, consent, payment, and fulfillment history that created the transaction.
The useful layers
ScaleSafe does not turn every ecommerce fraud feature into a product claim. It emphasizes the controls that matter for public checkout, mixed-ticket sales, early dispute handling, and evidence submission.
Understand which Stripe and card-network alerts are available, turn on the right notifications, and make a deliberate refund decision before a formal dispute where the program allows it.
Resolve the disputed charge to its ScaleSafe enrollment, compile the relevant packet, review it, and use the supported Stripe evidence-submission workflow.
Track the operational signals ScaleSafe can observe and separate configuration guidance from verified processor or card-network status.
Use additional fraud controls where strangers can pay unattended. Keep higher-friction controls focused on the checkout paths that actually need them.
Supported submission workflow
ScaleSafe prepares the reason-code-aware letter and exhibits, then submits supported evidence fields through Stripe only after the merchant reviews the packet. A Stripe rejection cannot be recorded as a successful submission.

Stripe decides how Radar, 3D Secure, Early Fraud Warnings, alert programs, and dispute windows work. ScaleSafe can guide setup, record available signals, and submit supported evidence; it does not represent itself as Stripe, a card network, or the issuing bank.
